Challenge

The company’s 25th anniversary required a large-scale event designed for employees, business partners, and special guests from Poland and abroad. The main challenge was to deliver a seamless experience across a four-level venue, combining an official gala program, multiple entertainment and networking zones, and complex logistics tailored to different guest groups.

Solution

We delivered full event production across all four floors of the venue, carefully dividing the space to match different guest profiles and event experiences. The program included two independent dance floors, live music performances, and DJ sets. We were responsible for the official gala hosted by Marcin Prokop, featuring representatives of international business and guests from the Embassy of the United Kingdom in Poland. For the occasion, we created a custom animation presenting the company’s 25-year history, organized a live concert by Perfect, and coordinated accommodation across seven hotels together with complete guest transfer logistics.

Result

The project became one of the most complex anniversary events delivered in the history of our cooperation with the client. By combining strategic communication, high-quality event production, and carefully managed logistics, we created an experience that strengthened business relationships, highlighted the importance of the anniversary, and left guests with lasting memories.
