Challenge
The company’s carnival integration event required a high-energy concept that would immerse guests in the atmosphere of a Latin celebration from the very beginning and keep engagement levels high throughout the evening.
Solution
We created an original “Cuba Libre” event concept featuring custom scenography, themed decorations, and live performers. The program included dance animations led by Cuban artists, live music, interactive performances, costumed entertainers, and a custom-made game show inspired by a Latino entertainment format. Every element of the event was designed as one consistent and immersive experience.
Result
From the very first moments, the event brought participants into a world of Latin energy, music, and shared celebration. The combination of live performances, audience interaction, and dynamic entertainment created a unique integration experience and one of the company’s most memorable corporate events.
