Challenge
The international company needed a family picnic that would engage not only employees with children, but also solo participants, couples, and guests representing different age groups and lifestyles. The key challenge was to create a program where every participant could find activities suited to their interests and way of spending time.
Solution
We designed a multi-zone corporate picnic with activities tailored to different participant groups. The event included custom team games, family zones, attractions for children, challenges for teenagers, activities for adults, and an integration program for guests attending without children. The experience was supported by stage production, professional animators, and a dynamic schedule that allowed participants to enjoy the event at their own pace.
Result
